CJC/IPA and Tesa/IPA - Anyone else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Just-Journey Was that why you switched? Which IU dose are you on right now? Otherwise Tesa/Ipa has worked wonders for me: my Z score is up from 0.2 to 1.7 at 2mg. Fat loss, recovery and strength gains have been incredible. But welts that itch for several days feel wrong to me and turn each shot into a chore. Timing the dose annoys me too. Night dosing would suit me, but dinner is late and a 2 hour gap never feels like enough, so mornings it is. Mornings work otherwise, but I end up sneaking off from my toddler, who rightly wants my attention. Also, coming off reta left me ravenous on Tesa/Ipa, so it clearly raises appetite.

Another data point. A couple months into reta, while lifting 3x weekly, workouts got progressively harder and i had to lower weights to finish sets. Extra carbs pre-workout didnt fix it. My loads fell roughly 3-5% on every set. Next came CJC/IPA at 0.3mg, weekday bedtime. A few weeks in, no real benefit. Someone suggested mornings, an hour ahead of eating, so i switched and felt better inside a week. Adding weight weekly became possible again, and the month brought good gains even as fat kept coming off. Then i took a couple weeks off for vacation, which broke my rhythm a bit.

No reports of blood clots or pooling with Ipa, CJC or Tesa have reached me, but water retention is real with them. On Tesa my feet swelled the night of the last dose in the cycle, and with Ipa and CJC it began about 4 days into that cycle. I assumed you could start Ipa and CJC right after Tesa, in hindsight I should have waited. A few weeks break is coming. I was hoping for the deep sleep everyone raves about, but nightly I'm still at four to five and a half hours. Same goes for Epitalon, I wanted deeper sleep to clear the fog. After the break I may try a smaller dose.

I did a 3 month run of CJC with DAC plus ipamorelin, about 1 to 1.5 mg of CJC per week and 200 mcg of ipa daily when my shifts allowed it. DAC was my pick because juggling two compounds around my work hours was a hassle, one shot covers it. My level was around 97 before and 199 after. My job wrecks my sleep, and that drags down GH and IGF, so now that I'm back near the middle of the range I'm happy, no interest in going past normal. My sleep scores got way better too.
