Tirz stronger than sema?

She tried the first compound about 4 months back and was miserable, sick for three straight days.... Two weeks into just 2.5mg of the second compound and she's already down 8lbs.... I basically created a monster. You two will probably end up close friends, and she'll be reminding everyone next month about some girls trip she's got planned.....

Never personally tried sema, but from what I've seen across the research, tirz consistently shows a milder side effect profile. Some folks respond better on sema, sure, but that's the exception rather than the rule.

You sound really similar to my daughter. Regardless of what she does, how carefully she eats, or how much she exercises, her body simply refuses to release much. Hormonal and thyroid issues on top of it. She's been taking the first compound close to three years now and managed to lose 20lbs without regaining it, though that's been the ceiling despite having plenty more she could stand to shed. The second compound seemed far more promising for her, but her body reacted badly at the injection spot each time and she was forced to stop it. Could be worth exploring on your end too.

Tirz is cheap. Sema costs less because it works less for most people. The extra gip agonist is what makes tirz special, and with zero gip, sema stays basic.

Results differ per person, but studies on average favor Tirzepatide. If you were taking 10mg or more of Tirzepatide, switching to max-dose Sema would more likely than not bring weight gain.
