Cagrilintide - am I immune?!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The unit versus milligram question is really worth pinning down - the effective dose range in milligrams is completely different from units, and running a protocol based on the wrong unit has caused real issues for people. What does your actual weekly total come out to in milligrams when you do the math?

The cagri response kicking in at 2.4 but not before is a really common pattern. A lot of people find it does nothing until they push past the entry doses. Not taking it same day as Tirz also helps avoid the overlap on sides. If the OP is at a lower cagri dose, there's more room to go.

Feels like plenty of people get overly nervous about Cagri because of warnings floating around here about not eating for days after what sounded like a modest amount.

Hasn't been an issue for me at all.

My Cagri progression went 500mcg every six days, then 1mg every six days, then 2mg every six days, and next round I'm pushing to 3mg. That's spanned over three and a half months, and I'm roughly 12-13 pounds lighter across that window. That's on top of already shedding 41lbs from Tirz alone over four months, maxing out at 10mg every six days.

Heading into week three stacking Cagri alongside tirz. Kicked off at 250mcg, added another 250mcg four days later. Ran 500mcg this past week. Barely any movement, only half a pound down across the last couple weeks. Thinking about jumping straight to 1mg tomorrow.

Quick update: I'm done with Cagri after two allergic reactions, BUT wow, 3 days past my second .25 shot and it is NO JOKE at killing my appetite, way stronger than Tirz alone ever gave me. So go on if you're not allergic, great stuff. Except for the small anaphylaxis risk for ME lol

With no bad side effects, maybe raise your cagri dose? Were cagri tolerable for me, Id push that first before moving to eloralintide.

I'm on 1.8mg now (about 12 weeks), which has been my sweet spot. Tirz was 12.5mg until I recently moved to 15mg. I didn't feel much suppression before this Cagri dose, and I envied those who can't eat a bite at 0.3mg! After a year on tirz I paused two months, then restarted, so I suspect my tolerance is a bit higher, which is why a bigger dose was needed. I'm sticking with cagri after sampling small amounts first. I'll move to 2mg a few weeks from now should it start to fade, though right now it feels fine.
