Acid indigestion issues

The VA has me on Wegovy 0.5 does for last 2 months. Next month I get a dose increase up to 1.0 and as of now I have lost 15 lbs. The main issue I have had is frequent acid indigestion, not reflux. Seems so many foods cause this and I am just looking for others who have same issue and what they have done to relive or stop this issue.

Constipation showed up just during the opening week, upped my water and one dose of Miralax sorted it. Everything's been fine for about 4 months since. I've never had acid reflux, plus I avoid food for about 3 hours before bed. Were you prone to acid reflux before the injections? Another thing: my injections always go into my thighs, which I think helps with many gastro issues.

Acid reflux didn't show up for me until I jumped to 2.0mg just last week. It's manageable, and I'm figuring out how to head it off since it tends to hit at night. Cutting off eating earlier in the evening helps make sure everything's digested before I lie down.
