Down 25+ lbs in ~2 months!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Congrats! Dropped 2 lbs in my opening week. Genuinely incredible watching the number move without any of that lightheaded, dizzy, starved feeling. <3

Anyone with a big chunk of weight to shed, was there a stretch where progress felt invisible for way too long? Asking since I'm five months along, 54 pounds gone, and honestly the mirror barely shows it. Started out needing to lose around 165, a massive number, so maybe that explains the slow visual change. Curious whether folks starting with less, maybe 50 to 80, see results show up quicker. It's such a bizarre feeling. Every piece of clothing still fits the same, nothing's hanging off me. Rings are a touch looser, not close to sliding off though, still waiting on that dramatic moment. Staring in the mirror I could swear I look nearly identical to before those 54 pounds vanished. Lifting regularly, staying in a serious deficit, protein's the priority, carbs stay minimal, and body recomp still isn't showing up the way I'd expect. You'd figure losing that much would be obvious! No idea where it's actually gone because it sure isn't visibly leaving my frame.

Curious what your numbers looked like along the way? Only 13 pounds down over two months here and it feels painfully slow, starting to get discouraged. We're pretty similar in build and starting weight too.

Yes, same. Big losses came on .25, and tomorrow I complete 3 weeks at .5, which feels like it's going nicely. Sixteen and a half inches vanished from my body in two months, plus roughly 25 lbs.

Congrats, that's awesome! 26 lbs is seriously impressive. Did it drop steadily or were there weeks the scale wouldn't budge? I like seeing how other people's timelines look, mine zigzagged so much early on I nearly wondered if something was off with me, lol

I'm losing weight truly well. I do not weigh myself but honestly my clothes are getting loose. Six weeks now, good appetite suppression.

Totally normal to not see much change when you have more to lose. I started lighter than you, at 240, and needed to lose around 40 lbs before dropping a clothing size. Even then, my tighter stuff in the bigger size just fit nicer, it wasnt loose yet. Also the outfits in your pics look pretty stretchy, so they dont show much. Love the idea of a default calorie number for days you dont log, I might steal that.
