Been on 12.5mg of tirz for a while now, and my weight loss has totally plateaued. Thinking about trying Reta. Should I start at the lowest dose? Wait a couple weeks between switching? The hunger is coming back strong when my tirz shot wears off, and I'm worried I'll overeat when I stop.
