You were attractive before, but now, wow!

Started at 242 lbs in May '24, now 180 lbs this month! Goal is 150 on 10mg. I seriously feel like a different person, especially after dressing up for a wedding last night. I was looking back at pictures and actually liked how I looked. It's crazy because I've always hated getting my picture...

Thanks everyone for the kind words! HealthLoss, honestly, just walking. I started with 10-15 minutes a day and built up from there. Even just walking around the block after dinner makes a difference. Added the gym later on.

Staying busy... I'm active - hunting, fishing, growing veggies, hitting the gym after my physical welding job. It's paying off! Started at 475lbs, now I'm at 299lbs and dropping!

Order cancelled, never shipped. Full refund, but a wasted week. Probably the holiday, I guess. I ordered one from that online mega store instead. More expensive, less hassle. It already shipped.
