    Halfway to my goal weight!

    Still got a long way to go, but seeing progress keeps me pumped! Started at 290, now at 235, aiming for 165.

    Sema progress - I'm down!

    Been on sema since summer, started some low-carb thing a little before that. First pic's from late spring, second's from today! Lost about 40lbs, not doing the low carb anymore, just trying to get enough protein and stay under my calorie limit.
