    Yeah I messed that up my first time too. The pressure thing is wild - you gotta be gentle when the powder is dry. Spraying to the side works but honestly the syringe pressure just happens sometimes. Second vial should go smoother now that you know.

    With reta.. hm. It took about 2 months to feel appetite suppression, and that was at 6mg. So I think I am a low responder for peptides and meds.

    I just injected 1mg yesterday morning. I think it's already doing something... I used to crave carbs non-stop. It's been much better. I'm still snacking when I am bored, but picking protein instead of sugars. If a tiny dose is already changing my choices, I'm hoping for big results soon!

    I'm having a hard time getting enough protein too. I'm a pescatarian, so pea protein, Greek yogurt, and salmon are essential for me.

    I also like Just Bare lightly breaded chicken breasts. I air fry them and eat them plain. They're addictive at 210 calories with 22 grams protein. (Probably the salt!)
