    It's a Korean drink. Koreans are obsessed with zero-calorie foods/drinks and do it well. This drink is really satisfying. Check Korean or Chinese markets, or Costco.com.

    I didn't know until recently that you can cube almost any vegetable, coat it in avocado oil and spices, and roast it at 475 in a convection oven, stirring every 20 minutes until done.     My primary care doc was super happy at my last checkup. I've dropped about 35 lbs since September, and my blood pressure went down quite a bit too! Feels great to dig out clothes I haven't worn in ages!

    Good point Salad_Dude -- I've noticed my skin feels a little looser, especially around my stomach. I'm trying to drink a lot of water and use lotion, but it's definitely getting a bit saggy.
