    Down a stone! WOOHOO!

Amazing progress! Congrats! I'm about to move up to 12.5mg soon too. I've been stuck on 10mg for the past couple of months. I'm also recovering from a knee replacement, but I'm heading back to work in a week and a half. Just doing some light biking, PT exercises, and walking my dog, Forest...

Sweet cravings on tirzepatide? Anyone else?

It's different for everyone, but for me, the biggest thing was just not CONSTANTLY thinking about food. Like, I could actually focus on other stuff, you know?

Sweet cravings on tirzepatide? Anyone else?

I'm only on tirzepatide. I've always enjoyed sweets, and that hasn't changed, but now a single bite often satisfies me. I also notice the cravings more when I haven't eaten enough, either fasting or just not feeling hungry due to the medication. The 'healthy' sweet options aren't doing it for me...

Sweet cravings on tirzepatide? Anyone else?

Is it just me? I've been taking tirzepatide for maybe 2 months, started at 2.5 mg and now I'm at 3.5 mg weekly. I keep hearing it's supposed to reduce sweet cravings, but it's kinda doing the opposite for me. Sometimes sugary stuff is the ONLY thing that sounds good. I usually resist, but it's...

    Dancing queen's weight loss!

I agree with Belly-B-Gone, focusing on overall health is key. I have lost about 9kg since beginning this medication. It's not just about the number on the scale.

    Dancing queen's weight loss!

You look AMAZING! So happy for you. Feeling good is the best part, of course. I bumped up to 7.5mg after half a year, but I'm sticking with 5mg for now before maybe trying 2.5mg or switching to a different med. These results remind me that even though I’ve dropped 35 pounds, I still have a ways...

Reta newbie here - anyone else?

This is so true! I think it's really important to have realistic expectations and focus on overall health. I'm trying to think of this as something that will help me maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term, not just a quick fix.

Reta newbie here - anyone else?

Hey! I'm also starting out on reta, and here's how it's going so far: w1: 1mg - nothing noticeable, no weight change w2: 2mg - way more energy; I'm able to get through my 6km run without stopping, I'm running faster, very slight appetite reduction, no weight change w3: 3m - tbc! I also saw that...

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

I saw someone online say they had great results. They went from 267lbs and size 26 to 152lbs and size 8! They said they got better blood pressure, less back pain, and even reversed a fatty liver issue. Sounds amazing!

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

It doesn’t make sense if a doctor was supervising your treatment.

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

I’ve struggled with eating issues my entire life because of a rough childhood. I’ve gained and lost 40-60 pounds repeatedly over the years. I’m too old to deal with this anymore. I’m 52. I refuse to go through that again. I’m staying on this medication for the long haul. My blood pressure is...

    Cagrilintide - am I immune?!

I'm sorry you're feeling down, L_M_B_Life, but I'm glad you have other options! We're lucky to have so many options these days. 💜

    Cagrilintide - am I immune?!

I might know a thing or two… but I haven't tried Cagri myself. It's the new thing, but if it doesn't work and you haven't already, try adding a little Sema on top of your Tirz. It's a great combo for many of us and doesn't cost a fortune! 💜

    Mounjaro wrecked me, Ozempic next?

I've read that some people have better luck with Reta. Anyone have direct experience with it? I know we can't talk about specific sources, but generally speaking, is it worth considering if sema and tirzepatide aren't working out?

    Mounjaro wrecked me, Ozempic next?

What side effects did you have when you upped your dose to 10mg, if you don't mind me asking?
