    Cagri side effects vary?

Interesting. I didn't experience that, but maybe the vials were overfilled, making your dose higher than you thought? That could cause different side effects. Many source's overfill vials. Also, it might not even be real cagri. I'm on 0.25mg for a month now and my appetite is way down. What...

    Hit my goal, still losing?!

Wow! You look amazing! Congratulations….I'm sure you feel so much better! 🎉 I'm no expert, but I'd try spacing out the dose a bit, maybe every 10 days or so, and stick with the 2.5.

    Almost to "Overweight"! 🎉

Saw a study about how some folks respond way better to GLP-1s than others. Apparently, there's a gene called NBEA that might play a role. It's all about how the medication interacts with your body's receptors. Interesting stuff!

    First shot jitters - tips?

I've also found that having some Tums on hand can be helpful. Sometimes gas and reflux can pop up unexpectedly.

    GLP-1s: Avoiding Starvation Mode?

I'm keeping the weight off now, and I feel like I understand how to use these meds better. Most people will reach their goal weight eventually, and their mindset will shift then. It's funny because I'll have a junk food day now and then if I see I've lost too much that week. Lol

    Ozempic under fire, again?

Okay, so maybe I'm onto something... does this mean we should invest in these drug companies soon? I bet he'll change his mind not long after. Just waiting till he posts "buy now" again.

    Lost for words

I still take a very low dose of metformin. My doctor is monitoring and hopes I can get off all meds soon. As far as diet, I'm eating everything in moderation. If I want a potato, I have one. I try to make healthy choices but don't deprive myself.
