Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

My RHR on Sema jumped to 73 from mid 50's! On Reta, it went up to 66 when I first started at 9 mgs, but since then, it's dropped back down - 62 on the first and second day after the shot, then back to the 50's as the week goes on. No change in RHR until I upped it to 9 mgs. I was super nervous...

    GLP-1s: Face and Skin changes?

I think because my inflammation is lower after dropping my A1C, BP, etc., my body is able to fix itself better. It can now do what it's supposed to do, like clear up psoriasis, etc. Eating processed food messes with your skin. You cut out the bad stuff, and you look healthier again without...

Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

Very helpful info. So, it sounds like your RHR didn't change much when you started Reta, until you started increasing the dose? Do you remember how you ramped up to 7mg?

Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

I hear you. I'm only worried because I had that instant RHR spike on the other GLP-1s before feeling any other effects.

Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

Hi everyone, Here's my deal: I've been on low doses of either semaglutide or tirzepatide (.3mg and 1.5mg, respectively) for about a year to tweak my body composition and get my A1C down a bit. I managed to lose around 8lbs of fat (sitting at roughly 19% BF now) and my A1C went from 5.6 to 5.1...

Face gains on sema - who else?

I'm on a similar path. Started at 370+ and now I'm at 265. My goal is under 225. It's a long road, but so worth it. Seeing your success is inspiring!

    Anyone used that one store?

I was using their klow before I switched. I like the brand I'm using now because the overfill makes it split evenly into four cartridges. I might buy their version of one pep if I get bored waiting for the other brand to restock it. It's just kind of expensive.

Were you happy with the peps? The transaction was smooth, so I'm hoping the product is just as nice!

    Anyone used that one store?

I ordered through them today. The charge to my account was amino fitness. It's Saturday, so I don't expect a tracking number until Monday afternoon.

    Tirz hives... anyone else?

Totally, stress can bring on hives as well.

    Anyone used that one store?

I think I ordered from them last Wednesday night. I received a shipping label like 20 minutes later, and the klow arrived on Friday. The customer service rep told me (politely) that in the future, they will only be taking orders via their messaging app. I wish they had a forum or something...

    Tirz hives... anyone else?

Tirz can indeed trigger hives, eczema, and other skin issues. You can try over-the-counter antihistamines like Zyrtec or Allegra, taking them together. I'm a nurse, and telehealth could prescribe oral corticosteroids. Hope you feel better soon.
