I just ordered their klow for research purposes.
Super responsive, got a USPS tracking email in under an hour.
If this works out, I'm looking forward to trying more!
This matches what I see in coaching. The final 10-15 lbs are more about recomposition and resistance training than appetite suppression.
Do you think cycling (planned lower-dose weeks) has a role in long-term maintenance, or is that still too anecdotal to recommend broadly?
I think a lot of people don't really know the difference between bacteriostatic and bactericidal, or even what the benzyl alcohol does. It's okay! I want to create some materials to help explain these things better. People are trying to learn so much already.
Bacteriostatic isn't the same as something that kills everything. If someone is whipping up a solution using regular water full of stuff, that tiny bit of alcohol isn't going to do anything. All sorts of junk will still live in it.
There are very specific requirements for making sterile water...
WW is saying they aren't going bankrupt and the recent filing is related to debt that's been around for a long time. https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/here-to-stay?lid=bsdp0ue10pwm
That's a really good question Blair03! I actually cancelled my HSA because I never used it, lol. I'll probably just pay out of pocket, but I'd want to know if these places are legit before I sign up.
I lost a few pounds with WW, but it didn't address my constant hunger problem. I was always hungry, every single day, so the weight loss was minimal, and I gained it back quickly. Semaglutide has really helped with that persistent hunger.
It's wild how much even a 'small' amount of weight loss can change your appearance. I've shed about 18 pounds since starting, and people are already commenting. Congrats on your success!
