Still feelin' big after losin' big?

I've heard that semaglutide can sometimes mess with your reward system, so you're not getting the same dopamine rush as before. Maybe that's contributing to feeling "blah" even though you've achieved a lot. It might get better over time as your brain adjusts.

You are beautiful inside and out, and that's what really matters. You've come so far, and as long as you're happy and healthy, keep doing what you need to do to get where you want to be. You're an inspiration for sharing your journey and progress, thank you!

Still feelin' big after losin' big?

Yep, same here. I've lost around 100 pounds, down from 350, so I still have a way to go. I still feel like I'm overweight, but looking in the mirror does help because my clothes are practically falling off. I actually keep some of my old, bigger clothes around and wear them sometimes to remind...

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

Wanting higher doses is normal curiosity, but sometimes that's the med working exactly right. How does 12.5 feel for your appetite control?

Same Vial Size - Different Dose?

Same here with the fluid issue. I'm constantly filling up this big thermos trying to get my daily water in, and it's honestly exhausting. My skin started getting dry and cracked, and my mouth felt like the Sahara from not hydrating properly. Now it's basically another full-time job just getting...

    Mazdutide: Next big thing?

Thanks for this great research, good read. I am wondering if anyone doing research with Tirz, lost a significant amount, but still needs to lose 20-25lbs, but are at a plateau? Did you go to Reta, or another option and then the research started moving again?

Ozempic for a year: My slow and steady journey

Totally agree with Izzy30, clothes tell the story more than the scale sometimes! And The_King, so glad your blood pressure and glucose levels improved! That's huge!

Ozempic for a year: My slow and steady journey

Thank you a lot for posting this. I am going to start weygovy soon and I absolutely love this post! I’m worried about how slowly/quickly it'll work.

Ozempic for a year: My slow and steady journey

I wouldn't consider you a slow burner at all. You lost a pound each week, correct? That's what's recommended and probably the healthiest!

OMG I feel so much better!

You look incredible! I was in a similar boat. I do crossfit too, and strength competitions....I've always had great muscle tone. But then perimenopause showed up in my late 40s. Also, I have some autoimmune issues. I was exercising like always and eating healthy. Nothing changed!!! I used to be...
