    Tried a single vial of oxytocin from a Chinese source but it wouldn't recon properly with Hospira solution. Oxytocin's finicky with pH and all that. Plus the effects are super short-lived. Don't know anyone who sticks with it long-term.

    Losing almost 40 lbs in 10 weeks is too fast, you'll lose muscle. Your body breaks down anything it can to survive. Maybe 10lbs is water, so really about 20 of fat and 10 of muscle and other stuff. Huge calorie deficit causes that, which doesn't fit with you saying you didn't get much appetite...

    I only lose about a pound a week, but I'm getting stronger and adding muscle. The key is to not have a huge calorie deficit and eat enough protein. I've been taking 3mg of retatrutide every 5/6 days for 3 months.

    Totally Whole_Free783. It's like that paper towel roll analogy. When it's full, losing a few sheets barely makes a difference. But when it's almost empty, even a couple sheets is noticeable. That's why I take photos. You see changes you wouldn't otherwise!

    I did split dosing with sema when I was moving up in dosage to reduce side effects. It worked great for that. Never really noticed if it helped with weight loss, though. Just be careful if you split it *too* much, you'll end up lowering your overall weekly dose!
