    My clothes are too big!

Buy now - waiting until the end means months in clothes that don't fit, and the dose plateau can take longer than expected.

    GLP-1s from...where now?

Klow80 pricing has been the community reference point - worth checking if that's pre-duty or landed.

    Two Years, A New Me!

Dopamine reset work alongside sema is underutilized as a maintenance tool. Two years in is right when the behavioral gap shows up if it's going to. The combination is what holds.

    Weird Places You're Getting Thin?

Sadly, at 74, weight loss means more wrinkles. Still, I'll take wrinkles over the extra weight any day. And what's up with these concave armpits? Never had those when I was younger at this weight.

My nose looks thinner! Seriously, it's like my nose is slimming down. It's pretty noticeable.

    Mounjaro since August - progress!

Basically, balanced meals with limited carbs. I focus on protein, non-starchy veggies, and healthy fats at each meal. I also try to pair carbs with protein and fat to slow down digestion. Honestly, it's just a healthy way to eat, even if you didn't have GD. I also did a lot of walking after...

    Ozempic making anyone else emotional?

I get what you mean about body image issues. It's weird, even though I've dropped about 30 pounds, sometimes I still see the old me in the mirror. It's like my brain hasn't caught up yet.

    Ozempic making anyone else emotional?

Do you menstruate? When I first began semaglutide, I was super emotional for a couple of months. I think it's because as you burn fat, it releases estrogen and messes with your hormones. I stopped taking it for a bit then restarted and haven't had the same issue. Maybe that's it?

    Mounjaro since August - progress!

I was diagnosed with T2D in August. Family history is strong plus I have PCOS and had GD with both pregnancies (thankfully I passed the glucose test after each). When I was diagnosed, I immediately started my low-carb GD diet again and started Mounjaro. First month was 2.5mg, then 5mg since. I...

    Cagrilintide - am I immune?!

Try 0.6mg twice a week with either tirz or reta, and you'll notice it for sure…

Tirz isn't working for me... help?

How long have you been on the medication overall? Sometimes it takes a little while for the lower doses to kick in. It's possible your body is still adjusting to the 12.5mg as well, especially if it's a recent increase. Don't get discouraged too fast!

Tirz isn't working for me... help?

100%. There are tons of variables that affect calories in vs. calories out, but the laws of physics can't be broken. Energy has to be conserved. GLP-1s make it easier to reduce calorie intake, and some can affect calorie expenditure, but you can still eat enough to overcome either effect.

    Sixty pounds gone!

Such a positive post. Saving this one. Dropping sixty pounds is a feat, and you still seem happy and full of energy! And I adore your hair with that purple shirt too.

    Too much pep stack?

I felt absolutely nothing when I tried Ipamorelin, and my lab results didn't show any changes either.
