Best time to start shots?
Just got my initial dose, 0.25mg weekly. Any advice for max effectiveness? I heard it's strongest early in the week, waning later. Best to start Friday to curb weekend cravings, maybe at night? Any insights appreciated!- Jenny_54

Down 80 lbs - Sema Plateau!
32F / 5'8 / SW: 267 CW: 187 GW: 160ish I can't believe it!!! Just 20 more pounds until I hit 167, which is only a few pounds above a "normal" BMI. I kinda stalled out there on sema (after about 9 months) so I recently switched over to tirzepatide and so far, so good!- Jenny_54
