Totally agree! It is annoying hearing the "calories in, calories out" blah blah when you have PCOS. I've been in a deficit for what feels like forever and nothing budged until I started on this. Congrats on your progress!
Congrats, Blair1979! Your success is inspiring! I've been on a GLP-1 for about a year and the biggest thing I've learned is consistency is KEY. Sticking to a routine, even when you don't see immediate results, really pays off in the long run.
