    For those asking about calories, I'm not strictly counting. I'm more focused on eating smaller portions and making those portions count. Lots of protein and veggies. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm probably around 1200-1500 calories most days. But I really dont track religiously.

    I think prices will hold steady for now. Most people I know using compounded stuff are switching to sema for a bit after the 90 days are up for the 503b's. Things will get interesting when compounded sema gets the axe.

    You're killing it! I've got that belly thing too! I'm pretty sure it's here to stay because I've only got like 15lbs left to lose, and it's not budging. You can try adding some diastasis recti exercises to your routine, though, to help strengthen your core.
