People don't expect to stop taking statins once their cholesterol improves, so why the fuss about GLP-1s?

    BioHackHenry I'd say it's a combination. The meds definitely help suppress my appetite, but I'm also being more mindful about what I eat and trying to get some exercise in most days. It's a lifestyle overhaul, really.
