OMG I feel so much better!

The kid-weight comparison is one of the best ways to make a number real. 95 lbs is abstract until you lift something that heavy and realize you were carrying it through every day. That physical reference sticks.

    Tirzepatide + B12 = 💣?

Sublingual methylcobalamin avoids the extra injection and absorbs well. If the goal is just B12 maintenance, that's the simpler route.

    Tirz or Reta... or Switch?

Finishing the tirz before switching makes practical sense. If you've been tolerating it well, overlapping Reta at the end also gives you data on how the two interact without committing fully.

    Suddenly I'm...visible?

I have bipolar disorder, and the meds for that made me gain weight. Now I’m using a GLP-1 to help with that. It can have some of the same side effects as my other meds: feeling bored, not motivated, kind of “blah.” Food was my comfort, now that’s gone. BUT my bipolar is no better/worse on the...

    Suddenly I'm...visible?

The only drawback for me after shedding 60+ lbs is that I now look my actual age. I didn't before. I'm trying to fix it with topical copper peptides mixed with some other stuff, and it's working pretty well. No huge tightening, but my skin tone has never been better. And if you want to be...

    Restarting GLP-1s: Anyone else?

That's my biggest worry! I'm afraid of regaining everything if I ever have to stop. I've heard some people stay on a low dose for maintenance.

    Restarting GLP-1s: Anyone else?

I'm holding off until generic versions become available. It's just too expensive right now.

    One year on GLP-1s! Woop!

Seeing others share, thought I'd chime in too! I'm a 38yo female, 5'4". Started at 244.5, now I'm down to 189 lbs. Began this journey Nov 23rd '24. Lost over 55! These meds are truly changing things, one of my better moves.

GLP-1s and Mood: The Real Talk

This is such a needed post, thank you. That line hit me. I had that "ghost" feeling when I pushed my dose too high. Dropping back down fixed it within a couple of weeks. I wish more providers warned patients that higher isn't always better.

    Best bac water?

I've been using 2ml of bac water to reconstitute 5mg of sema. I've found it works well for me. Make sure you do the math right so you get the correct dose.

    Best bac water?

Yeah Medexsupply might be a good source, look for the Hospira brand.
