    GLP-1s: Avoiding Starvation Mode?

My wife and I were talking about this and were like, "Is this how NORMAL people eat??"

    GLP-1s: Avoiding Starvation Mode?

I only take 2 mg of reta, and it has made me way less interested in food. I basically eat what I want, when I want... but honestly, I don't want much. I'm losing about 1.5 pounds each week. (At first, eating felt like a job. I had no desire for any food.)

Halfway to goal weight on Mounjaro!

I totally get that feeling. I've dropped about 20 pounds, and it's showing in my face first too! Hoping the stomach area catches up soon. 😅

    Crazy how meds change eating!

It’s such a freeing feeling, isn’t it? You feel good with a normal amount and don’t need to overeat.

Reta or Tirz for Gut Issues?

Tirz was worse for me, personally. But I think everyone's different. What causes problems for one person might not for another.

BPC/TB for knee issues - input?

I'm in the same situation! I injured my knee a while back, and I have a kit of the same TB/BPC combo sitting waiting for me. I think I'll give it a go starting today, and if it seems promising, I'll grab an injector pen. Good luck!

    Look how much I've changed!

I totally agree with HeartCake. Taking pictures is SO important. I didn't do it at first and I wish I had. I can definitely see a difference now, but it would have been great to have that visual record from the start. This journey is as much mental as physical, and sometimes you need that 'proof'!

    Look how much I've changed!

Seriously, congrats! Your starting point was a bit higher than mine, but you've gotten below my current weight! I'm a little envious!
