No surgery, just the medication. Typical day? Protein shake for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, and salmon with veggies for dinner. I do some light weight lifting to keep my muscle tone up.

Maybe you're not eating ENOUGH, Health_Chick134? I know that sounds backwards, but your body will hold onto weight if you're in starvation mode. Are you getting enough protein?
