    Glycine: Good for blood sugar?

Splitting the dose? What does that mean?

    Glycine: Good for blood sugar?

Exactly, Leslie70! The study conclusion said they *wanted* to test diabetics next. It said they wondered if it would help diabetics. And they want to find that gut hormone it talked about!

    Glycine: Good for blood sugar?

Glycine as a sweetener? I saw it mentioned somewhere. It doesn't raise blood sugar, right? Since it has no carbs or fat. another forum I found this study: The Metabolic Response to Ingested Glycine Source: Gannon, M. C., Nuttall, J. A., & Nuttall, F. Q. (2002). The metabolic response to...

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

You can try nad or motsc. They help with fatigue. And electrolytes of course.

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I've never done it before and have no med training but did some research because I thought about adding it to Pegasus to match the ratio. Hallendale is 1% per ML. Here are the active ingredients in Bioboost+: Methionine Inositol Choline Pyridoxine (B6) Dexpenthanol (B5) Cyanocobalamin (B12)...

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I titrated my RS up slowly, maybe over two weeks. 500mcg, 1.5mg, 2mg all of the way to 4mg today, where I'll sit for two weeks more (or until my vial runs out). If I titrated too quickly my RS lost the focus. It was a little too intense. Some researchers start at 4mg but my RS wouldn't have...

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

Look into SS-31, it ended the fatigue in my RS (stacked with LIPO-C/B12). Not a perm solution, but it could get you a few weeks until your body adjusts to its GLP dose. Then cycle off and start trying it again.

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I've been reading about 1ml 2-3x weekly, sort of what I did for Hallendale Bioboost+, mostly to fight fatigue i'm experiencing.

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I feel fatigue on Reta too, does it help you DocInTheBox? I've tried B12 and it doesn't seem to help. From what others commented, try methylene blue.

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

Store in a cool, dark, dry place like a drawer. It probably lasts 30 days give or take. I'll use mine until it's gone. If you get the Pegasus version that includes NAD+, don't put it in the fridge or it will become a gel.

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

Taking B12 that dissolves under the tongue didn't change things for me. My RS was already taking it before starting Tirz, and even doubled the dose. Blood tests confirm it was being absorbed. Bioboost+ is useful and there is a deal that lets you order for about $50, check reddit...

Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I've heard some people say that B vitamins, like B12, can help with the fatigue. I'm using B12 that dissolves under the tongue along with a multi B vitamin, making sure to take it with food and plenty of electrolyte drinks.
