Yep! I'm right there with you. The first time I tried this, it took me like 9 months to drop 30 pounds. Now I'm six weeks in, down about 4 pounds, but I'm staying active and trying my best.

Totally agree! Slower weight loss is the way to go. Gives your skin time to adjust, your metabolism adapts better, and it's more sustainable in the long run!
