    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

Yeah, the effect on addiction is well-documented. I wish I could recommend it to the people I work with – homeless addicts – but I'm not even allowed to suggest they talk to a doctor about it, sadly.

    Ozempic for addiction? Anyone else?

I've been kinda scared to post this, because it seems like a lot of people here have a specific idea of who should be using these meds. I'm not overweight or diabetic, but I'm on Ozempic. My psychiatrist prescribed it, and he's a big deal in addiction medicine, not some random online source...

    Sema journey: 4 month check-in

I'm losing about a pound a week. It's slow, but I'm still happy with it. I'm trying to make lifestyle changes that will last, not just lose weight quickly and then gain it all back.

Down 80+ lbs. Needed to share!

Starting at 249lbs, I'm now down to 166! My goal is 139. I'm 5'5". I've been following this forum for ages, inspired by all the amazing transformations. It's helped me stay motivated, especially during slow weeks. I started with one medication, but switched to another when it became available...

    Lockboxes for your injectables?

People buy that stuff all the time. Like those custom HydroFlask accessories. Check out Etsy for peptide and vial accessories. I think they sell it on that other forum, too. I've seen people promoting stuff on vendor Discords and Telegrams.

    Lockboxes for your injectables?

It's only a matter of time before someone starts 3D-printing custom inserts and selling them.

That color looks great on you! Thanks for sharing, it helps. I'm 5'7", currently around 151, and I have 135 in mind, but I'm rethinking it. Seeing other people's progress is really motivating.
