I've been reading about semaglutide, and I'm wondering if anyone has had luck getting it online? I tried some from a place someone recommended, but I don't think it was real. I didn't feel anything at all. How do you know if it's working?

These medications are pricey. How is everyone affording them? I'm just starting out, and the cost is a little scary.
