    Pregnant after weight loss?!

Was it the weight reduction itself that helped you conceive?

Down 30+ lbs in ~4 months!

My progress was all over the place - big chunk early on, then slower, then another jump. Not linear at all but trending the right way overall. Everyone's timeline is different though.

Ozempic fail! anyone else screw up?

As you lose weight how can you be sure you're injecting into fat? I've lost weight in my legs quickly so I'm worried about injecting there. Can it hurt you to inject into muscle?

Vendor policies: are they worth anything?

Some guarantee purity or weight, but not sterility. I don't know what happens if a test shows a sterility issue. I guess you're just out of luck?

Vendor policies: are they worth anything?

The only place I've seen delete negative comments is that one place, or they just go to DMs. My vendors usually honor their policies. One even replaced a whole batch after testing showed it was weak. Vendors who have been around longer are usually more reliable. But there's been a lot of new...

    Crushing it on the scale!

Congrats on the progress everyone! Remember that these medications can have varying effects from person to person. A healthy diet and regular exercise, including strength training, can greatly enhance results. Some patients experience muscle gain even while losing weight due to lifestyle changes...

Reta source that delivers to North Africa?

Just a reminder about the potential risks associated with GLP-1 medications. While rare, there have been reports of eye stroke vision loss (NAION), as Gym_xo753 mentioned her fiance's concerns. Discuss all potential side effects with your doctor before starting any new medication.

    Almost to Onederland!

From my understanding, slower weight loss is often more sustainable in the long run. It allows your body to adjust and helps you establish healthier habits which is key to keeping the weight off post-medication.

    Injection pen help plz!

Brook2008 is right. Unused medication should be refrigerated between 36-46°F (2-8° C). Use a refrigerated container when traveling. Otherwise, you're risking the effectiveness of the medication.

    Injection pen help plz!

Not trying to be rude, but did you search thoroughly? There's a lot of info out there on peptide pens... Here's a basic explanation: Using an insulin cartridge pen, you first fill the cartridge with your peptide. Then insert it into the pen. Add a needle before each injection. Use the dial to...

    Major weight loss, feeling great!

For those concerned about insulin resistance, I can share that I've seen really good improvements in my patients. One guy was on a ton of insulin, like 60-100 units daily, plus metformin. Now he's completely off the long-acting insulin. Everybody's different, of course, but GLP-1s can really...

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

Getting medical advice and medications online can be risky. I always recommend seeing a doctor in person if possible. If you feel like something is 'sus,' it probably is. Definitely do your research!
