    Yeah, I find that too. I try to use it later at night so I'm asleep before munchies hit lol. Or look for strains high in Humulene, that's supposed to help curb appetite.

    How tall are you? Expect the last 20 lbs to be hard. Your metabolism slows; you need fewer calories than you did at 220. A lot of people plateau a bit above their ideal weight.     Agreed. Just get an app with all the foods and restaurant items pre-counted, and it's pretty simple. Tracking can be annoying, but it works.

    Yeah, I have a history of not eating enough. I normally just ate when I felt hungry. I didn't have this problem when I first started Tirz, so I thought maybe it just stopped working or something was wrong. I'll try eating a bit more this week and track it carefully!

    Starting weight: 220, current weight: 188, goal weight: 160. I'm in week 3 of 12.5mg, and I haven't seen any movement on the scale for a month or so. Am I just a slow responder?     I tried Ipamorelin/ CJC for a couple years, and honestly, I didn't notice anything. I kept using them hoping they were doing something good in the background, but my IGF-1 levels never changed.

    I started at a pretty high weight due to some health issues (T2D and fatty liver) and completely changed my diet and exercise habits, and it's all paying off. Almost at my goal!

    I focus on whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of lean protein, veggies, and complex carbs. I try to limit added sugar and excess fats. Meal prepping really helps me stay on track during the week. It's not always easy, but it's worth it!
