    That's an excellent point, RunFTW. Non-scale victories (NSV) are just as important as watching the numbers on the scale. It's amazing how much body composition can change even when the weight stays the same. Remember to take measurements and photos to track your progress, too!

    I agree, it's probably best to hold off on buying too many new clothes. I bought new jeans a month ago, and they're already too big! Leggings might be the way to go until you're closer to your goal weight.

    That's so cool! I saw a post online from a 71-year-old who went to the beach after losing 53 pounds on sema. Her husband wanted to take pictures of her, which she said NEVER happened before! So awesome for her confidence!
