High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

There are varying viewpoints on estrogen for men. Years ago, my husband's estrogen plummeted while on TRT at high doses. He's naturally lean, but his estrogen became undetectable and it was a nightmare. Took months to recover. He now aims for 70-90 and feels best there. Be cautious with high...

    Thoughts on this quad stack?

I'm experimenting with stacking peptides alongside my 2mg weekly dose of Retatrutide. I'm aiming to get super shredded over the next couple of months and then maintain a lean physique. I've been looking at SLU-PP-332, AOD-9604, MOTS-c, and CJC-1295 DAC with Ipamorelin... any thoughts on these...

    Mixing Tirz and Klow together?

Oops, my bad. I said stacking – you're really asking about blending.

    Mixing Tirz and Klow together?

I've always kept my Tirz separate from everything else. All the stacking protocols I've seen keep the GLP peptides separate.

    Down 100+ Pounds! A year-ish update.

That's a great question! I've been focusing on staying hydrated, which seems to help with skin elasticity. Also, strength training has been part of my routine – not sure if it helps directly, but it definitely makes me feel better!

    Down 100+ Pounds! A year-ish update.

Almost a year ago, I started on semaglutide. It was springtime, and everything changed for me. I found this community soon after and saw someone's post about hitting that 'One-something' milestone. I honestly thought that would NEVER be me again. Well, I'm only about 7 pounds away from being...

Down almost 100lbs - sharing my story

I'm also one of those people who isn't tracking every single calorie or macro. It's nice to hear others feel the same. Some people get way too obsessed with that stuff! I can't stand the taste of electrolytes, even though I know I need them. Congrats on the amazing progress and thanks for sharing!

Down almost 100lbs - sharing my story

Wow! Our situations are so similar. Years of disordered eating and a starting weight around 215. My natural weight is close to yours. You look great. I have about 45lbs left, and it feels like a long road.

    Tesofensine + Tirzepatide: Anyone tried?

I've used Ipamorelin and CJC together for a while now, but honestly haven't noticed anything concrete. Keeping at it hoping for some kind of background benefit. Labs didn't show any IGF-1 boost either.

    Tesofensine + Tirzepatide: Anyone tried?

Been on it for 5 days. No bad effects yet. Appetite isn't curbed much yet, but I do stack other peptides. Taking it mainly for fat loss, not appetite.
