    Tried that combo. Got a huge energy boost, but sleep went to hell. Seems like many people stop it pretty soon because of issues. Try just a month's worth to test it out. Lower doses (like 500mcg instead of 1mg) had fewer problems in studies. It didn't kill my appetite that much. Good luck!

    That's an amazing transformation! I can only imagine how that must've affected sleep apnea and joint pain.

    Amazing progress! Those are roughly my starting stats too, so it's awesome to see. Can I ask how you got started? Did you work out from day one, and how did you find the eating aspect?
