    MJ kicking fatigue's BUTT!

I am feeling absolutely incredible these past few weeks. Feeling like a new person! It feels like a miracle. My energy levels have skyrocketed, and I'm so motivated to tackle each day. It's puzzling because I've only shed maybe 4 pounds. My routines are consistent, diet and sleep are the same...

    Skin removal after weight loss?

This is great!! Must be life-changing. What's it like after stopping GLP? Are you managing food noise okay? I hear a lot about success ON GLP, but not much about life AFTER.

    Mounjaro since August - progress!

Congratulations! You look great. Diabetes control is the primary objective, which you have achieved. Weight loss is an added benefit. Some people can lose weight and their diabetes goes into remission, as long as they maintain that weight loss, their diabetes is controlled. But people with a...

    Just started sema!

For anyone experiencing joint pain while on semaglutide, consider BPC-157. From what I've read, some folks have had success with 250mcg. Though, be sure to consult your physician before adding any supplements. I've seen some anecdotal evidence that IGF1 LR3 can be useful as well. Just a thought...

    Just started sema!

I'm in my second week at a 0.2 dose. Good luck on your journey. I wish this had been an option when my youngest was born...16 years ago! haha

    Skin removal after weight loss?

I'm around 5'8 and lost over 160 lbs about 20 years ago. My skin was worse, and I waited 2 years before surgery (paid for by my state). I'm not in the US. If you want to lose more, postpone surgery until your eating habits are solid. I had an abdominoplasty first, then a thigh lift a couple of...

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

If the liquid looks clear and it's been refrigerated, an expired pen is probably okay. But that's not medical advice, just my opinion. If you are concerned, dispose of the old pens. Also, finish the older pens before moving to a higher dosage.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Good advice. Remember that doubling the units doesn't always mean doubling the dose (mg). It depends on the concentration of the medication in the pen. It's best to confirm the actual mg you're injecting.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Just a heads up, it's only officially approved and dispensed at 1mg, that's why that's all that's marked. But like others mentioned, counting clicks is the way to go. My physician actually prescribed me the 1mg pen when I was on .5mg because the pharmacy had trouble getting the lower dose pens...

    Tirz every 6 days?

Yup, every 3.5 days. It's not the only thing. My estradiol patch is designed to be twice a week. Thursday mornings and Sunday nights for me.

    Tirz every 6 days?

I split my weekly dose. I'm on 8.0mg a week, so I inject 4.0mg each time.

    Tirz every 6 days?

I dose every 3.5 days, Thursday mornings and Sunday nights. This keeps my serum levels consistent, and it helps me avoid nausea, constipation, and fatigue.

    Tirz every 6 days?

Check out https://glp1plotter.com/. It helps show how much is theoretically in your system when you use different intervals. It can help you adjust the amount to stay at the levels you want.

    Living the good life!

It’s a conversation worth having with your doctor, Just_Goals, about the potential benefits outweighing the still-unknown risks. Quality of life matters. Maybe a lower maintenance dose, as you suggested, could be a compromise.

    Living the good life!

This is fantastic, and I hope it motivates people. You can drop weight on weight-loss meds simply by improving your eating habits, and your body isn't a fixed entity after that.

    Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

I have heard of sermorelin for muscle support, H-Town_Hottie. It's supposed to help with growth hormone. Some people use it alongside TRT. Ipamorelin is another one people talk about. I've never used either myself though.

    Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

Why not split your dose? That would keep your levels more stable. How long ago did you increase your dose? Try that first, maybe? I stack both at much smaller doses and inject each every three days on different days. I like it, but your dose jumps could cause discomfort if you aren't careful...
