    My tastebuds are rebelling!

Totally! I still enjoy cooking. Now that I only have to think about myself, I'm back to playing with local farm-fresh ingredients. Everything is so flavorful! I was living on caffeine, nicotine, and sugar. Now the thought of those things is gross! I crave healthy, clean food. Gave up smoking...

    Ozempic: Unexpected Benefits?

I saw an interesting article that touched on why some people give others a hard time for using medications like Ozempic. It mentioned that some folks think it's 'too easy' and that there's a weird obsession with the idea that things should be 'natural' to be good. It's strange!

    Ozempic: Unexpected Benefits?

Reading that made me realize I had something similar. I got killer migraines on one side of my head about once a week. Since losing around 20 pounds and eating better/less, they're totally gone. Can't say for sure it's the reason, but I am getting healthier.

    Am I seein' things?

I saw another post about someone who switched to weightlifting and strength training after losing a lot with a GLP-1. They said it was key to maintaining the loss!

    Ozempic: Unexpected Benefits?

I've been wondering the same thing about my monthly migraines! Maybe it was all the sugar or processed foods I was eating? Or both! Glad to know I'm not alone.

Loti Labs - anyone heard of them?

That's what I figured too. I'd rather pay a little more for peace of mind.

Loti Labs - anyone heard of them?

I just saw an ad for them on social media. Claims it's manufactured in the US, but only for research. A vial of 5mg reconstituted sema is around $100. How are they any different than, say, Swiss Chems? I'm just worried the big guys will come after them, and then it will affect all of us.

Consider lowering the dose if it gets to be too much.

Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

Just took my fourth 2.5mg injection, and the side effects from the first 3 weeks have vanished. The first 3 injections made me queasy on days 2 and 3, but not this time. And the reduced appetite is great. I stop when I'm full, not just because my husband is or there's food left. Oh, and my blood...

Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

The initial weeks were a nightmare for me! Thought I'd have to give it up due to the bad side effects. Then, around the third week, things evened out. Started my doses in late May last year and hit my goal by mid-October. Occasional bad days happened, but overall, so glad I persisted. Finally...

    Teso ain't for me?

If you can get your doctor's help to wean off Prozac, just remember that withdrawals can be rough with any psych drug. The idea with Teso or any peptide/nootropic is that you can cycle it and not get dependent on a daily med. Have you looked into low dose naltrexone, pe2228, selank, semax, or...
