    I totally see the change! I'm in a similar boat - I've dropped about 10kg and my mom is the only one who's noticed. My husband hasn't said a peep. Even if others don't say anything, it doesn't mean it isn't a big deal.

    It's encouraging that you've been able to keep it off for over a year! I've gained and lost the same like 80 pounds over and over. It's always when I try going back to eating 'regularly' after dieting that I mess up. Being able to actually maintain after I lose weight is why I'm even trying...

    Maybe try a smaller dose of Tesamorelin + 5-Amino-1MQ, or switch back to cjc/ipa. Just a heads up, MK-677, Tesamorelin and HGH can cause diabetes if you aren't careful.

    I'd say just use really good sterile technique, keep it in the fridge, and it'll be fine. Agree with HeartSquad.
