Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

That's true, being in that deficit should cause weight loss regardless!

Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

Thanks! I felt it within an hour of my very first dose. Appetite went way down, and my skin felt a bit sensitive.

Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

My initial deficit was about 1200-1300 calories. I think it's probably lower now that I've dropped over 20 pounds.

Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

Thanks! Just Reta right now. I also ordered Melanotan II. Heard it can help curb appetite a bit too, so we'll see.

Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

I'm down about 9 pounds after 20 days. My pants are looser, lost about 2 inches off the waist. I lift weights 3 times a week, full body. Averaging around 12k steps daily. Still got a ways to go, but seeing some good progress!

    Is fasting okay with GLP-1s?

You've been losing about 1-1.5lb a week. That's a good, healthy rate. I lose around 2lb a week. I don't fast, but I eat two meals a day - breakfast and dinner. I only snack on fruit between meals. With Tirz, it's easy to wait, unless my hormones are acting up. I used to graze constantly before...

    Is fasting okay with GLP-1s?

I hear ya. I still have over 100 pounds to go. Part of me wants to rush and up my doses but the logical part knows losing maybe 2 pounds a week is the healthier way to go. So, best case, over a year before I'm at a healthy weight.

    Is fasting okay with GLP-1s?

Well, I'm not an expert on fasting, but dropping 45 pounds in 8 months isn't what I would call rapid weight loss. That sounds like a perfectly healthy pace. If your doctor back then had issues with that, I wonder if they knew what they were talking about.

    Half a year down!

What side effects are you experiencing? I'm having hair loss, which has been going on for about four to five months. I've tried different treatments. I'm open to any suggestions. Thank you!

She's spot on, but Jimmy Fallon is still so unfunny.

Feeling good in my clothes again!

The new clothes look awesome! I know you've been hiding for a while, but it's time to wear clothes that fit right. Baggy clothes actually make you look bigger than you are.

    Am I doing this right?

The_Hitchhiker_66: My T level is around 800. Before treatment, it was 200-300. At 140mg a week, it was close to 1400, so my doc lowered the dose.

    Am I doing this right?

I'm on TRT (.25ml twice a week) and HCG (333iu 3x a week) but haven't seen much difference in body comp. My doc suggested trying GHRP 2, 6, or Sermorelin. Thoughts?

    Am I doing this right?

Thanks! I'm new, so I want to make sure I do this correctly. Should I get bigger syringes (2ml or more) for mixing? Then I only have to stab it once...

    Am I doing this right?

Just want to double-check my process. I'm using an online peptide mixing calculator I found (like the one on jaycampbell dot com). I have a vial of 30 mg of Tirzepatide, and I want to dose 7.5 mg weekly. With my calculations: If I add 2 ml of bac water, and use a 1 ml syringe, I need to draw...

Where do u guys get BAC water??

When I used a compounding pharmacy, the vial said: "tirz, benzyl alcohol in sterile water for injection". Use by date was a year away. Look at the Eli Lilly Tirz pen ingredients. It has Benzyl, and other stuff for pH, saline, etc. Vax are shipped freeze-dried. The pharmacist mixes. Single use...
