I was so excited to finally see a 1 at the beginning of my weight on the scale. It's such a great feeling!

Tirzepatide. Nothing else changed. Progress has been at a reasonable pace. Was stuck on 7.5mg for quite some time, went up and started losing again. Looking back, I probably should have increased the dose sooner.

At last, I'm seeing a 2 as the first digit! It's been over 2 decades. Started at 368, got down to 299 today! Aiming for 260.
