    500mcg every 3 days is more than 1mg a week... Try spacing your doses more frequently, like twice a week, and up the dose until you notice appetite reduction.

    Doubled my dose today, injected almost 3mg of Reta. Felt some mild side effects before bed, but nothing now. Starting to wonder if it's even real, even though I've dropped a few pounds (6'1", 175lbs). I know body fat won't really drop until around week 12.

    Took some meds for school yesterday and today and they crushed my appetite lol. I'm not using roids right now, so I'm just wondering if being in an 800 calorie deficit could still help my shoulders grow while losing body fat.
