    Avery1975, honestly the medication helped me feel full much faster, so I naturally ate less. I focused on protein and vegetables because that's what felt good. Exercise was just walking more at first, nothing crazy!

    I'm 33, 5'5", started at 265 lbs around September '24 and now I'm down to 130 lbs as of February '26! That puts my BMI at 21.8. I'm currently using 10 mg, but I am figuring out how to slowly reduce my dose. Mounjaro has been a game changer, it's helped both my body and my mental game so much...
