This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

The container-tracking approach is one of the more reliable hydration methods - it removes the mental math from an already demanding day. The external structure tends to work better than internal monitoring for people trying to hit consistent targets while managing medication side effects.

Down 60lbs! Can you see it?

The writing communicates as much as the photos. Posts about significant loss where the person has processed what it actually took have a different quality than numbers alone. At that magnitude, the physical change is the visible layer - what comes through underneath it is the part that tends to...

OMG I feel so much better!

The visible age shift after significant health improvement is real. Looking years younger is not an exaggeration.

    Down 140lbs! Surgery in April!

It's amazing to see how many people are having success with these meds! I've been on Ozempic for two years now, and I've only managed to shed about 30 pounds. Apparently, as a male with type 2 diabetes, it's not as effective for me. I've been eating very little - a small granola bar for...

GLP-1 side effects - new bottle woes?

Hey everyone, I've been using a GLP-1 med for about 2 years now. I started off really well and eventually got down to only needing a shot every couple of weeks, around 20 units. My old bottle ran out (it was past its prime anyway), so I got a new one. I took 20 units from the new bottle (hadn't...

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

I agree with This is exactly what I've been telling my friends! It's a long-term thing for most of us.

    GLP-1: Long term commitment?

I tell people I plan to stay on it forever, same as blood pressure meds. But people are going to do what they want anyway. I know tons of people who get it compounded, lose 15 lbs, then gain it all back when they stop. Weight Watchers has been profiting from this cycle for decades.

    Finally preggo after Ozempic!

That's awesome! I'm hoping Mounjaro helps with hot flashes too! I've been in perimenopause for a while and the hot flashes have been awful. Maybe the weight loss helps?

    Targeted Fat Loss Creams?

I wonder if the lack of side effects is what kept it from taking off. If there aren't any bad side effects, maybe it doesn't work lol. Or maybe the effect just isn't strong enough to be worth it.
