    Hey SoCal_Runner, to answer your question, my diet is pretty balanced. I try to eat lean protein and lots of veggies. And I walk on the treadmill for about 30 mins, 3-4 times a week. Don't get discouraged, 3 weeks is still early! You'll see results soon!

    I totally get what Leslie_76 is saying. The scale can be so misleading! I've had weeks where it barely budged, but my clothes were noticeably looser. Body recomposition is real!
