They aren't properly sterilized and that's true, the fact they are sterile is pretty amazing to me. They only use steam sterilization, this isn't really the *right* way. It's more of a home canning thing.

Yeah maybe they are, but they don't have the proper paperwork, they might just be steamed, I don't really trust steamed vials, but each to their own I guess.

Also, just double check your vials are properly sterilized. The ones on large online vendors aren't always even if they claim to be.

The best advice is to have enough to wait out the next shortage. But don't buy a crazy amount. I agree that a shortage is coming when they stop compounding. They will probably give a few months' warning around the start of next year.
