How tall are you? I'm 5'7" and I went from 234 to 154 over the last year. I feel good at this weight and I'm ready to start maintenance. But that weight sounds a bit high compared to other people on sema. Since I'm 57, I'm wondering if age factors in.

Anyone else feel like the gray market stuff is stronger than the compounded? Like, you moved up to 10, 12.5, or 15mg on the compound, then switched to the grey and needed less to see better results? Maybe I'm just imagining things, but the compound doesn't seem as effective.

I went the compounding route for MIC+B12. Accidentally ordered from the wrong place, and realized I'd gotten the synthetic and cancelled fast. Another vendor sells the methylated version.

Yikes. Sending the wrong stuff is a big red flag. I got some Lipo-C (B12 and other stuff) from someone else but haven't had it tested. Was going to wait until I got another order, but I could send it in early if you want Inject-Dude
