4mm or 8mm needle? Doc's got me questioning!

8mm is worth considering if 4mm isn't hitting tissue correctly or at deeper injection sites - if your current approach is working without issues, that's the more relevant data point than the general preference.

    Pics: Keep them coming!

Down 91 lbs from a 22 to a 10 is the kind of result that takes a while to actually believe - congrats.

    BAC Water Armageddon?

Bacteriostatic saline is the main backup - same preservative principle. The DIY route is 0.9% benzyl alcohol in sterile water, with pharmaceutical-grade sourcing as the bottleneck.

Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

Huh, I always use my stomach. Never even thought about the leg! I'm gonna start tracking where I inject now that SparkleStacy_RX mentioned it.

Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

Just a heads up, I try not to touch the needle end of the pen. I use an alcohol wipe to be safe.

    Expired GLP-1...eek!

Could you wait a few days and take the 10mg a bit early?

    Expired GLP-1...eek!

Not a doctor, but I've used expired doses with no issues. Pens were stored correctly, liquid was clear, and I didn't notice any change in how well it worked.

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

I know that protocol. I've made both a serum and the cream like I mentioned before. I'm using both, but I prefer the cream because it's easier to apply. The serum is too runny for my liking. I think serum is better for microneedling only. The picture shows the cream I made (1% concentration)...

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

I was planning to mix my GHK-Cu powder into a 30ml bottle of serum, inspired by a video I saw a while back. Does anyone recommend doing that?

Yeah, I've heard about microneedling. I might experiment with that in the future too.

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

I know the risks of buying from those sources. I got the vendor recommendation from another user in a private group. The vendor provided a COA for the powder and seemed professional. Still, I can't be 100% certain it's not junk. I'll share more after I've used it. I'm starting with a 1%...

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

I'm already using GHK-Cu as part of a "GLOW" blend that I do every few months. Since I've dropped around 30 lbs and plan to shed another 40 or so, I'm worried about loose skin. I've heard that topical GHK-Cu might help with that. I'm not sure if it'll work, but I'm willing to try it out.

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

Hey all, I purchased some from a Chinese company called YTBIO. They sell cosmetic-grade raw powder. Cost me 50€ for 10g + shipping. I also got some basic cream from Amazon (see pic), specifically for mixing with copper peptides. I'm planning to make the cream soon and start using it. Fingers...

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of trying GHK-Cu powder topically. I'd mix it into a homemade serum or lotion. Has anyone here used it? I'm curious about the best way to apply it, if it's actually worth the effort, how much it costs per month, and where to get it. Thanks!
