    Weight loss weirdness...

I agree with Ozempic_OG_21. Seeing progress in other areas helps a lot. For me, it's how much easier everyday tasks are. Like climbing stairs, or carrying groceries. Those little wins add up!

    Weight loss weirdness...

That's fantastic progress, and a great, sustainable pace. Lots of people struggle with body image issues and not seeing their own progress. It's totally normal.

    Cracked the 100s!

Holy cow, that's impressive. Good job. Just started this week on 2.5mg.

    Feeling myself these days!

Yeah, I'm starting to think I should aim higher than 135. I've lost so much, I'm pretty sure I'll still look great even if I don't get all the way down to my original goal.

    Feeling myself these days!

That's great! Also, what type are you on, and what dose?

    Feeling myself these days!

I honestly feel like a brand new person. The first pic is around when I'd dropped maybe 25-35 lbs. The second is from last week, after losing about 75lbs total on this stuff. I was obsessing about my goal until recently. I'm about 45lbs away from my target weight (around 135), but honestly, I'm...

    Ipam and Sermo timing?

Stick with the bedtime dosing. Maybe try adding some tryptophan before bed too. I also like that magnesium theonate and think you should stick with it. Melatonin, not so much, small amounts are okay.

    Officially at my goal weight!

I've been working hard for almost two years and have lost close to 170 pounds! I wanted to tell everyone who's thinking about trying this... give it a shot! It takes a TON of dedication and willpower, eating right and regular exercise, and skipping fun stuff sometimes. BUT, for the first time I...

    Finally broke 300!

I had some slight nausea at first, but never actually threw up. Staying away from greasy foods and not overeating really helped. If I felt full after a small portion, I stopped eating. Also, DRINK WATER! Like half your weight in ounces every day. It's a lot but it's vital.

    Finally broke 300!

So happy for you! I started at 381 in September and I'm down to 328 so far. It's like a new beginning! I'm an older woman, so I'm thrilled I can lose weight this quickly!

Am I going overboard with this?

Thanks for the support, everyone! I'm going to keep doing what makes me happy, and that includes my well-organized peptide setup. Maybe I will consider opening a small clinic....

Am I going overboard with this?

Quality storage is essential. All my supplies are in various protective cases.

Am I going overboard with this?

    Too much is never enough.

Am I going overboard with this?

Okay, so I may have crossed a line. I turned an old rolling toolbox into my peptide storage unit. It looks amazing! The problem is lugging it up the stairs to my office. My husband said, "I don't care where the peps are from, but this is getting excessive." I laughed, but am I really taking it...

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

Just saw a post about vision changes with Ozempic. Something to keep in mind given the water-related discussion here. Dehydration can mess with all sorts of things!

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

GLP-1s don't just curb appetite, they also seem to reduce thirst. It's easy to drink less without realizing it, so you have to be mindful about staying hydrated. And ironically, weight loss can actually increase your body's fluid needs. Electrolytes can help your body absorb the water more...
