    BAC expiration date...really?

    From some older peptide work, the rubber stoppers can break down, so alcohol evaporates quicker than the water. Our lab usually allows 2 years past the expiration date, but no data to back it up.

    I like losing weight at a slower pace. I don’t want to lose muscle, and I want to minimize loose skin. But it *does* feel slow.
