    Down 50! Woot!

That's awesome! I'm down 33 lbs, 27 to go. Starting month 5 on another GLP-1 drug. I'm curious about the hormone angle. I'm 55f and menopausal. I was on HRT for nearly a year before the GLP-1. After starting the GLP-1's I had some bleeding. I thought maybe the drug or weight loss was balancing...

    Hit my goal weight!!

Basically the exact same starting weight and goal for me! Are you also working out? I’m trying to get a sense of how long it will take to hit my goal. I just started like a week ago!

Down 14 lbs — feeling great!

This is awesome to see! Love this whole comment section. I’m 39F and currently 165 (5’7) and starting 💉 tomorrow and am also feeling a bit ashamed since I only have 15-20 lbs to lose. I gained around 10lbs in the past year and can never seem to get lower than 155.

    Ozempic food watch outs!

I haven't had any problems eating the stuff I normally do while on Ozempic. Only time I feel bad is when I eat too much, like past when I'm full.

Down 14 lbs — feeling great!

I swear, after I hit 35, getting rid of any weight felt impossible. I was trying everything – strict diets, hitting the gym like crazy, and still nothing. I started on semaglutide maybe half a year ago, and I'm down a total of 18 pounds now. Here are some before and after shots at the 14 pound...
