Help with Sema Dosage - Am I Doing This Right?

I'm on Mounjaro, and my doctor keeps bumping up my dose. Started at 2.5mg, now I'm at 12.5mg. I've lost about 50lbs since October, but the higher doses don't seem to be working anymore! I've actually gained back about 5lbs and can't seem to control my eating. Anyone else experience this?

HK Peps - anyone used 'em?

I've actually made a couple orders and the whole experience was top notch. Got my stuff in about a week and a half - support was really helpful and everything I've tried has been great. Heard they're gonna stop shipping to the US soon cuz of the new fees or something.

    Starting my GLP-1 journey! 🥳

Ignore the negativity. I only wanted to lose like, 40 lbs... but at 5'1", that's a lot for me. Even with medication, it's been work to lose the final 10. It's been half a year, so the weight doesn't just disappear, especially when you are close to your goal. Good for you for taking action early.

    Halfway to my goal!

Awesome! Achieving these milestones is a great feeling. I went from 170 to 147, and my goal is to be closer to 100 than 200! It will only become increasingly easier from here on out.

    Halfway to my goal!

Awesome progress! But that picture kinda freaks me out. You're weighing in with your shoes on! Those extra ounces matter and probably mean you're wearing clothes, which adds even more variance between weigh-ins. And the scale on carpet?! That's gotta mess with the accuracy!

Ozempic Experience: Victories, Big & Small

That's it... if we deny ourselves completely, it backfires. I get a kids meal and save the apples for later, or I get a small order of boneless wings and eat half, giving the rest away. We gotta celebrate the small steps. And for those being judgmental, half a burger is only like 250 calories...

Ozempic Experience: Victories, Big & Small

I know a burger with fries isn't the healthiest, but eating half and feeling good is WAY better than demolishing the whole thing like I used to. Little wins!
