It's so weird how people are OK with semaglutide for diabetes, but not for preventing diabetes by losing weight! Suddenly it's "cheating" and full of "health risks!" No one bats an eye when it's for diabetes.

In 2016 I set a similar goal. I almost reached it, losing about 140 pounds. But then I developed some bad habits and gained back most of it. Now I'm trying again.
